5 Frame Plunger Pump
Industrial Duty, Long Lasting, Dependable Pumps
This triplex (three plunger rods) positive displacement, reciprocating plunger pump is constructed with a chrome-plated special "B" Series brass manifold, 304 stainless steel valve assemblies, solid ceramic plungers and standard NBR (Buna-N) seals and O-rings.
Chemical erosion or washout of manifolds in carwash applications can lead to various equipment issues, including pulsation, leaks and pressure loss. Cat Pumps engineers solved the washout issues of standard pumps by developing the "B" Series manifold. By utilizing corrosion-resistant alloys, chrome-plated finishes and superior sealing surfaces, this design withstands the harsh chemicals used in the carwash industry. A lifetime warranty backs this field-tested manifold design against washout and freezing.
The 1725 RPM permits multiple drive options, including direct drive with a bell housing and flexible coupling, clutch or belt drive.
