Carpet and tile cleaning are often done with truck-mounted or portable extractor systems. These systems deliver pressurized water and/or cleaning solutions to carpets and other surfaces while extracting (vacuuming up) dirty water. The pressurized water and vacuum system is typically applied using a wand with a shut-off valve to control when water is applied. Water or cleaning solutions are often heated as high as 140 degrees F.
Truck-Mounted Carpet and Tile Extractor Pumps
Carpet extractor systems run continuously for hours cleaning carpet, upholstery, drapes, rugs, tile and more. Gas driven systems typically run between 3-4 gpm at 1000 psi whereas, electric systems run at 1.5 gpm at 500 psi.

Similar to truck-mounted systems, portable extractor systems are used to clean a variety of surfaces. Systems typically are driven with an electric motor and operate from 0.5-2.0 gpm and from 100-1200 psi.
Chemical Injection Pulse Pump
Pulse Pumps offer an economical alternative to running harsh chemicals through the pump, allowing the use of standard materials and elastomers. Pulse Pumps eliminate the need for premixing chemical solutions by injecting the chemical down stream from the pump. Pulse Pumps are available for a wide variety of pump models and drive types and can easily be retrofitted in the field to your existing Cat Pump. The 6340/6341 can be used for pressures to 2,000 psi or the 6350/6351 can be used with pressures up to 3000 psi.
