New 7CP Series Pump Models for 8 GPM at 3,500 PSI
Models 7CP6165CSG1, 7CP6165CSG118, and 7CP6185CS Plunger Pumps
Continued research and pump development has led to the new 7CP Series model pump being built to meet demanding mobile trailer pressure washing needs. Meticulously designed internal components like solid ceramic plungers, higher-quality seals, and machined stainless steel valves and seats keep pumps running longer. The drive-end uses matched connecting rods and oversized bearings to provide many hours of trouble-free service.
The belt-drive 7CP6185CS turns at 1320 rpm to produce 8 gpm of flow up to 3,500 psi—the lower rpm results in even longer seal life and reduced pump maintenance. Gearbox models allow the pump to run at about half the engine's speed. This design increases the pump's longevity in continuous-duty applications, allowing for an easy-to-assemble compact footprint and eliminating the need for cumbersome belts and pulleys. The model 7CP6165CSG1 pairs to an engine with a 1" horizontal shaft, and model 7CP6165CSG118 mates with a 1-1/8" shaft.
